Part 2: K.U. Leuven Student Rooms Heverlee information

The K.U.Leuven student rooms are all single and located about a kilometre away from the conference facilities and are accessible by bus.

• Reservations are not valid without payment in full.

• An acknowledgement of your reservation will be sent to you. Please allow a few weeks for confirmation.
• 50% of the registration fee will be withheld for cancellations received prior to May 15th 2008.
• No refunds will be issued after this date.
